For ear pains, low potency crescent-type ceramic magnets are ideal. If there is pain in one ear only, the north polarity can be applied on the front of the ear and the south polarity on the back of the ear. If there is pain in both ears, the same treatment may be given to each ear one after the other. Medium-powered magnets can also be used if there are no results with ceramic magnets.
For back injuries, place magnets up and down the spine and even at the top of the head. Magnetic garments and belts with small disc magnets can be used effectively. Magnetic beds can also help back problems.
Trachoma is characterised by the formation of granules in the inner surface of the eyelids. It can spread to the cornea and even lead to blindness. The North Pole of crescent-type ceramic magnets should be applied on the affected eyes both morning and evening for about seven minutes each. The eyes should be washed with magnetised water of the north polarity, which can also be drunk.
The Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can be helped by wearing wristbands or wraps containing small magnets. There are several types of them with different magnetic configurations – north polarity towards the body, south polarity towards the body, and alternating them. The south polarity is good for prevention. For mild symptoms, alternating the magnetic forces will be fine. But if the condition is advanced with inflammation and pain, the north polarity may be necessary.
Nephritis or inflammation of the kidneys can be helped with the application of medium-powered magnets on the kidneys and high-powered magnets under the soles.
Hypertension is often caused by overactive adrenal glands. If that is the cause, magnets will help. For high blood pressure both the palms should be kept on two poles of high-powered magnets for about five minutes in the morning. It is the same treatment for low blood pressure but the magnet should be kept on for about 15 minutes. Magnetic wrist bands also help.
Headaches are usually controlled well with magnets. The north polarity is generally recommended. Start early, at the first sign of pain. Stress headaches and headaches from eyestrain are usually relieved by North Pole treatment to the forehead. Migraine headaches may require treatment around the entire head area. Treatment, in this case, should be done even where there is no pain. Magnetic headbands are also commercially available now.
The pancreas can also be stimulated with the south polarity if they are sluggish. This gland is located one inch above and left of the navel. Small disc magnets can be placed inside and outside clothing to hold each other. They can be worn comfortably for hours.
Spondylitis is fairly common these days. It is the inflammation of the vertebrae of the spine. There are different types of spondylitis. The condition is very painful and disabling. Magnetic treatment helps. If X-rays reveal that any vertebra has slipped from its position, the North Pole of a high-powered magnet helps bring it back to position. The South Pole of a similar magnet should be placed on the point where the pain begins.
