As long as we are young and healthy, our sleep comes to us as soon as we lay our head in the pillow and that sleep is deep and heavenly and when we get up in the morning ,we feel so fresh to say ‘yes’ to the New Day. And sleep is as natural to man as breathing or eating and is the most restorative tonic when we are tired.
Who does not want to shine like a Brilliant Star on the life’s Horizon? And those of us who succeed to do so have tremendous stamina/health to support us in our mission. For this:-
