Blood pressure is the pressure exerted by the blood on the walls of the arteries. The amount of pressure depends on the strength and rate of the contraction of the heart, the amount of blood present in the circulatory system and the elasticity of the arteries.
1. High Blood Pressure or Hypertension
Hypertension is a medical term for the disease commonly called high blood pressure. High blood pressure is the main cause of heart attacks, strokes and kidney failures. As people become older their blood pressure rises because their arteries become less elastic and the blood flows slowly. Some other reasons for high blood pressure are illnesses like kidney disease or overactive adrenal glands.
To cure high blood pressure one should take 100-200ml of green water 3-4 times a day. Massage 5-6 drops of sun-charged blue coconut oil on the forehead and temple slowly using the lower part of the palm for 5-10 minutes. After doing this regularly for a few days when the blood pressure comes under some control then start drinking 100-200ml of green water 20-25 minutes before meals and 40-80ml of orange water 8-10 minutes after meals. This is a tonic. It should be taken for a long time regularly and continuously. This will keep the blood pressure under control.
2. Low Blood Pressure or Hypotension
To treat low blood pressure drink at least 200ml of an equal mixture of green and white water 4-5 times a day and twice a day drink up to 50ml of orange water. In the morning and evening instead of tea drink hot water mixed with honey and lime. Massage sun-charged red oil of sesame seed on the legs. Massage upwards on the backside of the legs.
