1. Asthma
Asthma is a medical condition of the chest that makes breathing difficult. This difficulty in breathing may affect an asthmatic person in sudden, sharp attacks that occur periodically. Symptoms include a wheezing sound from the chest when inhaling and even greater wheezing when exhaling. Patients may gasp for air and feel that they are suffocating.
Asthma attacks are caused by the narrowing of the small bronchial tubes in the lungs. This narrowing results from contraction of the bronchial muscles, swelling of the mucous membrane that line the muscles and the production of phlegm.
For the cure of asthma massage the chest and back with sun-charged red oil of sesame seed and give sunlight to the chest through red cellophane paper. Exercise taking deep breaths every day and take 50-80ml of orange water. If possible before giving the orange water the patient should be made to vomit by putting a finger in his mouth. After this the patient should be given 50-60ml of orange water. This will provide quick relief to the patient. This orange wayer should be taken 8-10 minutes after meals.
2. Cough
Cough are of two types – dry and moist. In dry coughs phlegm does not come out and there is a constant whooping sound from the chest. In moist coughs phlegm comes out. If there is pain in the throat one must gargle 3-4 times with blue water daily and put sun-charged blue glycerine inside the throat. For relief one must also suck sun-charged blue mishri. One should drink 50ml of blue water and put sun-charged blue glycerine in the mouth.
3. Tuberculosis
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that mainly affects the lungs but can also involve other organs. Tuberculosis is also called TB. It strikes the people of all ages but is more common among the elderly and among those people whose immune system has been suppressed.
One can take 100-200ml of green water 4-5 times a day. More of green vegetables and fresh fruits should be consumed. The food consumed should be light and easily digestible. Twice a day the chest should be massaged with sun-charged green mustard oil and sunlight should be taken for 10-15 minutes through green cellophane paper. The tonic of orange and green water as stated before should be taken. This is a very good tonic. It should be taken for a long period. Green water is a blood purifier and orange water helps in digesting food easily and increases red blood corpuscles in the body.
4. Chronic Asthma
In this ailment the chest and the back should be massaged with sun-charged oil of sesame seed. Sunlight should be taken on the chest and back through red cellophane paper for 10 minutes twice a day in the morning and evening and sun-charged orange or red air should be inhaled for 5 minutes 2-3 times a day. Take a teaspoonful of sun-charged red or orange honey three times a day. One can also suck 8-10 sun-charged mishri after the meals. Doing this regularly for two weeks will gradually start providing the patient some relief. At the time of an asthma attack the patient should be given a hot bath. At breakfast one can have overnight soaked 5-7 raisins with milk without sugar. A proper treatment received for up to six weeks will lead the patient towards complete relief. The patient will experience complete relief in 15-20 weeks.
5. Asthma Attack due to Breathing Problems
The patient who has an asthma attack or has problems due to it should take bath 2-3 times a day. Twice a day he should take the solarised air. 3-4 inhalations of every charged bottle and the tonic of orange and green water should be taken as stated before. At night the chest and the back should be massaged with sun-charged red oil of sesame seed. In the day after taking the massage of sun-charged oil of sesame seed on the chest take sunlight through red cellophane paper and do some exercises. Doing this with complete faith will provide relief from all breathing ailments.
6. Tumour and Goitre due to Tuberculosis
For this one should gargle 2-3 times a day with green water and drink 100-200ml of it 3-4 times a day. Put sun-charged blue glycerine inside the mouth and rub sun-charged blue coconut oil on the tumour twice a day. Taking this cure provides relief from tumour and goitre.
7. Tuberculosis in the Chest
For tuberculosis in the chest one must take sunlight through blue cellophane paper on the chest and on the back through red cellophane paper and drink up to 250ml of blue water.
