Strengthen the thyroid and the mind
The word AHANM’ which means’ Myself is one of the simplest stress dissolving breathing mantra. Also, it re-establishes the dignity of self esteem/ self healing in us, because we love ourselves the most.
Thus inhale with = AHHANM
Exhale with = OOHHOONM OR MIHHIEN.
(i) The word A’ in AHANM constitutes inhalation
(ii) the word ‘H’ strengthens the Thyroid gland and it also helps to re-establish the communication between the body and the brain.
(iii) The word AN yokes us with Infinity-the superconsciousness to fulfill us with pranic life energy to recoup from stress.
(iv) And the inhale breath ends at ‘M’ – th seed word for crown chakra – the crowned healer in stress.
2. Strengthen the Heart
Heart is one of the most harassed organ in stressed condition as it has to beat faster to cope with stress. In order to strengthen the heart, we add Y-the seed word of Heart chakra
(i) Inhale with = YA+AHANM = YAHHANM
Exhale with = OOHHOOYQUM OR MEHE YOU OR MIHHIYYOUN
(ii) Another very suggetive mantra for strengthening the heart with its seed words Y and J is ENJOY or INNIJOY. This is indeed a stress dissolving mantra
