Even that merit is lacking in Coffee. Coffee has no doubt come out of Austerity, the Thapas! The bosses of the Coffee plantations do really perform Thapas for amassing great wealth and in the sacrificial fire of their desire these had poured in the sweated labour and blood of the poor! Out came from this Thapas, the great terror to the health, this Coffee seed!

We have advised that a little pepper may be added if absolutely found necessary along with food preparations. There may be a fear whether life could be sustained after eschewing both the chilli and the pepper. It is our duty to state the true laws of health. For the question of ‘possible or not possible’ we answer that it must be made possible! The quality and burning property are the same both for the pepper and the chilli. The intensity only varies. The physical culturists and physical scientists of the west and the New World raise a hue and cry that these are very bad for health and life. Mr. BernarrMac Fadden condemns this pepper in no uncertain terms. His words are entitled to great weight as coming from one who has spent a life time on health and bodily well-being. Irrespective of the colour, white, black or red, the pepper is bad.

The onion has been advised to be taken in the daily diet. There are good reasons for tendering this advice. For some this advice would seem alright and very good. This will not be acceptable for a few others. They will say that this goes against their Orthodoxy. Some may say that this also would affect Yoga Sadhakas. We do not stand in the way of Yogi the orthodox and the Vedantins, behaving according to their desire. This onion is a good article of food for ordinary people leading ordinary lives.

When you have diabetes, your body can’t use the food you eat in a proper way. When you eat, food is digested and much of it is changed into glucose, a sugar the body uses for fuel.
