All Fruit Diet
In this course of diet, whatever fruit is used should be juicy, such as orange, grapes, pears, apples, peaches, pine-apples, melons—water melon (tarbooz) or musk melon (kharbooza), sweet lime (mousambi), dates, etc.
Banana is not a juicy fruit and should not be used in this diet. Lemon can be used in water (without any mix of sugar). If grapes are not available, raisins (kishmish) may be used, by keeping it dipped in water and when softened, used as such, or their juice taken. Unripe fruit should not be taken. Fruits should be taken as such and not mixed with meals, or else their full value is not achieved.
Restricted Diet
Steamed vegetables, like spinach, carrot, turnip, cabbage, cauliflower, or their salad by using them raw and also fruits as mentioned in all-fruit diet chart.
Natural Diet
A full-meal diet should contain bread (chapati, not white bread), unpolished rice, steamed vegetables, may be with curry leaves and salads of raw vegetables.
Vegetables, which are leafy are more useful, such as spinach (palak), fenugreek (methi). Boiled and unskinned potato may be used.
Salads: can contain lettuce, tomatoes, grated radish and carrot, spinach, cabbage, etc.
Fruits: Juicy fruits to be taken separately during breakfast, like orange, grapes, etc. as described in all-fruit diet.
Milk: A glass of milk or so separately or with fruits.
Milk Products: can include cheese, fresh butter, but no ghee.
