I. Raw juice diet for three to five days. Take a glass of fresh fruit or vegetable juice, diluted with water on 50:50 basis, every two hours. Use warm-water enema daily during this period.
II. An all-fruit diet for further three to five days, taking three meals a day of fresh juicy fruits at five-hourly intervals.
III. Thereafter, adopt a well-balanced diet on the following lines:-
1. Upon arising: A glass of lukewarm water with half a freshly squeezed lime and a teaspoon of honey.
2. Breakfast: Fresh fruit and a glass of milk, preferably goat’s milk, sweetened with honey and some seeds or nuts.
3. Lunch: A bowl of freshly-prepared steamed vegetables, two or three whole wheat chappatis and a glass of butter milk.
4. Mid-afternoon: A glass of fresh fruit or vegetable juice.
5. Dinner: A good-sized raw vegetable salad and sprouts, with lime juice dressing, followed by a hot course if desired.
6. Bedtime snack: A glass of milk or one apple.
NOTE: Repeat the short juice fast followed by an all-fruit diet at monthly intervals.
AVOID: Tea, coffee, sugar, white flours and products made from them, refined foods, fried foods, flesh foods, condiments, pickles, alcohol and smoking. Take salt in a very minute quantity.
Especially Beneficial: Garlic, cabbage, Red beet, red beet juice, lemon, ginger, liquorice, turmeric, citrus fruits, soyabean, cucumber and tomato.
B – OTHER MEASURES
1. Fresh air, breathing and other light exercises.
2. Proper sleep and adequate rest.
3. Avoid all carcinogenic chemicals in air, water and food.
