Nevromine: (Brand Name)
It is a unique combination of two Nervine regulators of vegetable origin and a well tried sedative of chemical origin. Drug-combination is quite useful in allaying stress and strain of modern life, disturbances, worries, emotional shock, moral pre-occupations-and these and many other co-incidental disorders combine together to disturb a person’s life pattern. The drug combination also gives mild sedative action. Many physicians consider such drugs as having none or simply minimal side-effects, if at all. The combination acts on and is quite useful in Cardiac Neurosis, Gastro-intestinal neurosis and psychoneurosis.
Indications : Hypertension, functional pain in the precordial region, palpitation, breathlessness (Dyspnoea), despepsia and tachycardia (cardiac Neurosis)
As for Gastro-intestinal Neurosis, it covers diarrhoea or Nervous constipation, loss of appetite (Anorexia) and Peptic ulcer.
When given for psychoneurosis, it covers symptoms like sleeplessness (insomnia), hyper-excitability and anxiety states.
Dosage : 1-2 Tablets thrice daily or as prescribed.
Contra-Indications : Acute narrow angle galucoma and mysthenia gravis (a chronic disease marked by abnormal fatigability and weakness of selected muscles which is relieved by specific drugs).
Special Precautions : Do not use in pregnancy nor operate (heavy) machinery or drive a vehicle and also when general alertness stands impaired.

Precaution : Do not use in pregnancy
Note: Nervomine should prove to be a drug combination of choice when cardiac, Gastro-intestinal and psycho Neurosis is desired to be cured in one-go, provided all the three disorders are fully clear. The drug meets most of the major disorders falling under the forementioned three groups. Anxicalm is not indicated in the said disorders, excepting those of anxiety and stress-related disorders.
