Life is a process of pulsating equilibrium, all the stress agents causing some sort of disequilibrium in our body/mind system but rest and our immune system again restores it to its equilibrium and that is how the life asserts itself.
And each individual human being has its own equilibrium trait, its own setting which may be some-what different from the other individual. Thus, all human beings appear to each other somewhat eccentric and hence we develop a bias against each other. Some persons are too talkative, others are some- what shy and too quiet. Some persons are too sexy and are always running after women. Some others hate women and so on. That is why, nothing in this world appears to be in perfect equilibrium.
Even the earth/moon/sun do not revolve around in perfect circles, but in elliptical orbits. Hence, some sort of dis-equilibrium is a natural phenomenon and we should accept it as an individual trait or its speciality or its beauty and never hate the other person for its dis – equilibrium or its craziness. Let us accept the God’s creation as a variety of alive flowers, with their own colour, their own characteristic fragrance, their own personality, a slight different embodiment of God’s Qualities. Then alone, we can develop the real compassion, and also develop our own inner equilibrium. For this, make the word inner equilibrium as your breath.
1. Exhale with = INNI-EQUILIBRIUM
And then Inhale deeply from the bottom of the spine or
Inhale with = LA-BRA-YA-KANNAM
2. or Exhale with = EQUILLIBRIUM Inhale with = LA-BRA-YAK KAM

Inhale/Exhale with any of the above mantra speaking it inwardly, rhythmically, deeply and as softly as possible to simulate the natural breathing. Do it for five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening by sitting in a chair, with the spine kept in its erect position.
This breathing mantra helps to breathe from the bottom of the spine (L) – the seed word for basic sex Muladhara Chakra upto the crown of the head, for which the seed word is M, and in between, it resonates with Manipur/Navel chakra with R to improve the fire action of our body. And it strengthens the heart by its seed word Y and the combined word BR helps the lungs/bronchial tubes to breathe in to their full optimum capacity besides helping to breathe in also from the abdomen with the power of the word R.
The word N is the seed word for Brow Chakra and strengthens the eyes and the left brain. The word K also supplements this action and above all the word M helps to improve our right brain. And the words N & M combine to strengthen both the pituitary and the pineal glands, which together control the total glandular activity of our body/mind system. Thus, this mantra boosts our total immune system; While the pituitary gland meets the challenge of stress, the pineal gland brings about Tranquillity
As we exhale with these very suggestive mantras which give a hypnotic healing effect on our mind to always remain in equilibrium, besides providing pranic life energy to our total body/mind system to rejuvenate it and also boost our immune system’ thus dissolving our stressful condition completely to restore our equilibrium.
