Pranic Healing: Mantra to Cure Constipation

If our bowels move well, that is the greatest feeling of well being for us. It is the best Good Morning to us, from Nature, otherwise the whole day is miserable. Some people get habituated to take chemical laxatives which, though work fast, but ultimately weaken the intestines, resulting in chronic constipation.

Why the constipation results? because the linings of the intestines become dry and inelastic and are not properly irrigated with water and also the intestines are not getting the pranic life energy to carry on the life processes in the cells of the intestines. Each cell of our body contains water-both inside and outside that cell structure separated by a membrane and the ionic concentrations of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium in the cell electrolytes maintain a potential gradient of ionic currents for life processes to carry on. Thus, the first and the foremost method to remove constipation is to lake plenty of water daily i.e., 5 to 6 glasses of water, about 1.5 litres of water daily. Start your day with a glass of water or take a glass of luke warm water with juice of one lemon and one spoon-ful oi honey. This will greatly help in easing out stool from the bowels and remove constipation. If it does not work, we can stimulate the lower intestines with its seed word ‘V.

2. Exhale with = MOVE — OUT Inhale with = VAMANT
3. Exhale with = PUSH — IT/ PUSH — SHIT Inhale with = SHAPANT

Instead of using the inhale mantra, we can exhale rapidly with any one of the above three exhale mantras silently and then inhale deeply. Rapid exhalation with the mantra and inhalation will also give physical movements at the site of bowels with ‘V and also activate it with pranic life energy.

Also, walking is the most natural way to give movement to the lower intestines. Make walking a habit. Atleast walk for 30 minutes in the morning and go for slow walk for five to ten minutes after dinner, if possible, and if you continue to take six glasses of water daily, it will help greatly in removing constipation.

To provide the salts of sodium and potassium, calcium and magnesium and sulphur etc. to nourish the dead cells of the intestines, we must take fresh seasonal fruits and vegetable salad at lunch time consisting of i) Lettuce, ii) Tomato iii) Cabbage iv) Raw Onion, alongwith lemon sprinkled with comon salt (iodised), black pepper and cumin

Also take two slices of washed uried figs with a glass of water. This will enliven the intestines by providing the proper nutrients and fibre; and help to remove constipation. Take a spoonful of triphla powder with slightly luke warm water while going to bed. You can also take it with a glass of hot milk. This will enliven the intestines by providing alkanity and the proper nutrients. In case of obstinate constipation, take a table spoonful of wheat bran to provide the fibre. This is a sure physical treatment to shield the intestines from the acids/irritants etc.

Alcoholic drinks cause irritation and dryness in the intestines. Fibre-the outer skin of grains, though not digestible but protects the intestines and helps in elimination of stool. Taking two oranges a day will also help in removing the constipation and last, but not the least the surest way to remove constipation is to take two bananas dipped in olive oil, which will surely help to remove constipation.
