Pranic Healing: Mantra to Live Hundred Years

Meditation is the art of concentrating on an outer or inner body object to still and quieten the turbulent mind, by making the thought concentrate on a single point when it ultimately becomes monodirectional and coherent like the laser beam. Our sages in India claim to live many many hundred years by the technique of meditation and while also living stress free life of Satyam (Truth) Shivam (Godliness) and Sunderam (Beautiful Existence). The ultimate stage of meditation is the totally relaxed silence of our being. A poem written on meditation earlier by me is also reproduced here.

Mantric breathing is also a form of meditation, because we make our thought move alongwith the breath as it traverses various Astral/ body chakras. Also make the word Meditation as your breath

Exhale with = MEDITATION SPOKEN AS MEDITAISHUN
Inhale with = SHTA — NAMMAND

The inhale mantra is a mirror image of the exhale mantra. The inhale mantra ‘Shta — Nammand’ means I salute the person who lives hundred years. The aim of this book is to make us live a healthy and vigorous 100 years, this breathing mantra is potent enough to helps us achieve this as follows :

(i) When we inhale with the very very suggestive word – Shta Nammand – the mind moves along with the breath from the bottom of the spine with SH to the brow chakra with N and then to the crown Chakra with M, and then our thought yokes us with the infinity – the super consciousness with the word MAN to draw in as much pranic life energy as possible and then the breath ends at the soft dome palate of the mouth with the word D — We give a small convenient pause, by concentrating on the dome of our mouth. This is called VIPASANA MEDITATION advocated by Lord Budha.

(ii) The word SH helps to resonate with the Divine Kundalini Power to kindle it, and move it to brow chakra with N and the crown chakra with M to illuminate our total being. The word ‘Sh’ helps to strengthen the sex glands and also the assimilation and Elimination processes of our body occuring in the lower intestines.

(iii) The word ‘N’ strengthens the left brain, the eye sight and the pituitary gland to boost our Immune system to live healthy hundred years.

(iv) The word ‘M’ illuminates the mind, the right brain as well as strengthens the pineal gland to produce the pacifying hormone melatonin which helps remove depression from the mind.

(v) The words T & D besides helping to stimulate the taste sense endings in the brain, also strengthen the salivary glands for proper digestion of food in our mouth and also help our MIND, which is stimulated by the combined words M, N & D.

Thus, breathing with the mantra ‘meditation’ and its inhale counter – part, fulfills our total BEING with pranic life energy as well as stimulates the Endocrine glands of our body to boost our immune system while in conventional meditation we may even be starving the legs (of the pranic energy) which may become weak. Thus, make the breathing mantra MEDITATION/ SHTA NAMMAND as Vipasana Meditation and live a healthy hundred years.
