All the above exhale mantras are very suggestive and indeed very very useful. Then inhale deeply or
(i) Exhale with = INCREASE — SPAN
Inhale with = SPAZA KRANNA
In this inhale mantra, the word ‘S’ kindles the divine Kundalini and moves it up alongwith the breath, (ii) The word ‘R’ gives ‘FIRE” to our digestion by proper digestion and assimilation of food (iii) The word ‘P & Z’ help the lungs and the Cardio -vascular system to improve blood circulation, the word ‘N’ is the seed word for Brow Chakra, it strengthens the left brain, the eye – sight and the Pituitary gland to improve our total immune system and the word ‘K’ also helps to strengthen the sense endings in left brain; thus the above Mantra ‘INCREASES’ the sensitivity of our senses and boosts our immune system to increase our life span.
(ii) Similarly, we can exhale with INCREASE STRENGTH and then inhale deeply from the bottom of spine unto the brow chakra. It will really increase our body strength,
(iii) Similarly exhale with = INCREASE LIFE and inhale with = LAZAFAKRANNA The word ‘L’ is similar to ‘S’ and kindles the Kundalini and gives strength to the legs and the word ‘F’ helps the lungs to breath to its optimum capacity to increase our life span,
(iv) Also exhale with = INCREASE — LING
Inhale with = LAZAKRANANG
This Mantra helps to increase the length of the male organ and boost sex power with the resonant sonic vibrations of words ‘N & G’ (See Chapter on Sex Power). The word ‘G’ also strengthens the sense endings in the brain and also stimulates the immunoglobin ‘A in the nasal cavities.
In breathing Mantras Nos. 5, 6 the word COMMUNION helps to restore the sagging communion between the brain and the memory with age. This is re-established with the resonant sonic vibrations of the words ‘K, M, N.’, thus helping to cure old age diseases like Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s slowly and steadily supplemented with proper nutrition.
