Mirror is a beautiful word describing its own action of mirror-to reflect R as R as in the word ‘ROR’ exactly, while omitting the word MI – the Myself- the Soul motivating the body The actual glass mirror also reflects only our outer personality and not the ATMAN (Sbul) animating our Being.
And the Atmah (Soul) also resides in our body, as long as Fire is burning in our Body Temple and the fire can continue to burn with the resonance power of the word R, the Seed word for Navel/ Manipura chakra/the Solar Plexus; when supplied with nourishing food.
Our metabolic rate is the mirror of our youth and after we cross the youthful age of 25 Years, the metabolic rate of our body starts declining by about 5% every 10 Years and we can almost forestall the natural death of a person because the metabolic rate makes a sharp nose dive about a few months prior to one’s impending death and the person starts losing one’s hunger with consequent sharp decline in one’s weight before one’s natural death, not as a rule, but as generally observed in sufficiently old persons.
However, it is quite possible to Regain our metabolism to a considerable extent by activating the Navel Chakra by its resonant word RA, which represents the fire principle in our body as said earlier. This word RA helps to strengthen the Liver and also the stomach linings to secrete proper digestive juices for proper digestion, and activates the pancreas, the gland which manufactures the hormone Insulin, responsible for assimilating glyogen/sugar in the blood. The pancreas also help to inject necessary enzymes into the upper intestines for digesting proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
The following mantra ‘Mirror’ gives double stress on the word R and is hence a very apt word for RE-igniting the fire in our body.
Thus Exhale with = MIRROR
Inhale with = ARRAM
The above mantra also contains the word M which is the seed word for crown chakra, which by its resonant sonic power strengthens the right brain and the pineal gland. In order to stimulale the left brain & the master pituitary gland, we replace M with N
2) Inhale with = ARRAN
Exhale with = NIRROR
Inhale/ Exhale with the above two mantras by speaking the mantra inwardly, rhythmically and as non-violently as possible so as to simulate the natural breathing as nearly as possible. Do it for ten minutes early morning before break-fast and also for ten minutes in the evening half an hour after evening tea and just with a few weeks’ practice, you will start feeling a great improvement in Your digestive power with proper assimilation of food with resultant shine on your face and you will start feeling pleasure in seeing your smart healthy personality reflected in the Mirror, provided you are feeding yourself with the necessary balanced nutritious food-the fuel to burn in your stomach engine. This is indeed a very simple but verv effective mantra to regain our metabolism slowty but steadi y in the most natural fashion Th£ mantra will also help to cure the diabetic patients of excess sugar present in the blood-stream!
