The word Kindle has its root in the word Kundalini-which is the vessel of potential life energy, lying dormant, like a coiled coil serpent but it can be made kinetic by the sonic resonant power of the words L,S and V-the words constituting the VESSEL.
When the sex moves down, one can enjoy the ecstasy of sexual union for progeny or other-wise and when the sex power moves up, our personality starts kindling and shines like a jewel, first appearing as a bright blue diamond, in between the two eye brows, off and on, and soon we become a lamp to ourself and then to all others. After practicing to inhale/exhale with the above mantra- the mantra to be spoken inwardly, smoothly and rhythmically while giving stress on L, the sonic resonant vibrations of which will make the dormant Kundalini dynamic and make it move up with the breath upto the K, N&D-sense centres in the brain. Now, we add the word M to make the Kundilini power to touch the crown chakra, the seed word for which is M.
2) Exhale with = IMMI-KINDLE
Inhale with = LA-KAMMAND
The word ‘kammand’ is like the English Word- Command and in order to make the breath continuous, the inhale mantra should be spoken as LAK-KAMMOND.
And we can also use the hypnotic and very suggestive power of the line ‘I KINDLE LIFE.’
3) Exhale with = I KINDLE LIFE or IMMIK KINDLE LIFE
Inhale with = ALFA-KAMMAND (COMMAND)
The word F is the seed word for lungs, and hence its strengthens the lungs with its resonant sonic energy to breathe to its full capacity., and this mantra particularly strengthens the mind to put it in a commanding position with the word Kammand which it deserves. The word ‘kundalini’ itself helps to kindle the divine kundalini with the power of the word – L provided we make it an exhale mantra – by spelling it ‘KUNDILINI’ which should be its proper spelling.
Exhale with = KUNDILINI
Inhale with = LAKA – ANAND
This mantra stimulates the brow chakra, left brain and pituitary gland with seed word N besides endowing us Bliss by the word ‘ANAND’.
And, last but not the least, let us not forget that in order to kindle our life, we have to live a stress free life of Satyam (truth) Shivam (godliness) and Suderam (Beauty).
