Belladonna – Vertigo on stooping and on rising from stooping; on every change of position, like turning in bed. During headache. Sensitive to drafts of air.
Bryonia – Aggravation from any motion, and corresponding relief from absolute rest, either mental or physical. Vertigo as if turning in circle.
Cocculus – Vertigo as if intoxicated with nausea. Worse from loss of sleep, or when rising from bed. Lying down necessary.
Conium. – Worse from motion of head, with nausea. Turning in bed or on moving the head quickly. Worse least motion of eyes or head. Vertigo of old age.Better closing the eyes.
Gelsemium – Staggering vertigo, occipital, with obscuration of vision.
Lachesis – Worse on closing the eyes – after sleep; turning to right side.
Natrum mur. – Objects turn in a circle on rising from bed, or while walking. From mental exertion.
Nux vomica – Intoxicated as if. Worse mental exertion, odour of flowers, loss of sleep. Staggering vertigo with syncope, with obscuration of vision.
Phosphorus – Worse looking downwards. Chronic. Loss of fluids. Odour of flowers. Lying down necessary
Pulsatilla – Intoxicated as if. Lying down necessary. Vertigo during or after menses. Worse stooping or looking up.
