Do not panic. It is a milk tooth and has a small root & size. It will pass like a seed. No necessity of any laxative.Take banana & sapodilla (chiku), it will be a pleasure if you give him fruit salad with lots of icecream.
Knocked out tooth
Tooth can be replaced if it is brought to a dentist before two hours. Find out the tooth and don’t clean, keep it in water or milk. Bring it to a dentist friend.
A gum abscess
A collection of pus around the root of tooth, This is really painful because the gum is swollen and red, fever may accompany it. Pus is removed and analgesics and antibiotics are given. A dentist’s help is required. He may also remove tooth if the symptoms are severe.
Dental abscess
A collection of pus material in the centre of tooth, that is in the pulp. Pulp is also known as the heart of tooth.This is known as tooth abscess.
Causes
* Untreated caries of teeth – A continuous toothache due to presence of bacteria.
* Accident, causing fracture – Discomfort on chewing food of teeth or jaw bones.
Improper fillings
* Foul smell and a pus discharge from the affected area.
* Inability to open mouth.
* Facial swelling.
Discolouration of Teeth
* This is mostly due to tetracycline or bismuth antitubercular drugs and iron tonic. The dentist is called for due renovation.
